Lower Elementary Head Teacher 2021/22
Montessori Center School (MCS) has a rare opening in its Lower Elementary Program for a full-time Head Teacher. Must have MACTE accredited AMS or AMI Elementary I Credential as well as a Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree. A minimum of three years’ experience as a Head Teacher is preferred. This is a full-time position eligible for benefits.
MCS (www.mcssb.org) is an independent, non-profit school in its 55th year of operation with approximately 200 students from 18 months to 6th grade. The school is located on the Central Coast of California, in the beautiful community of Goleta adjacent to Santa Barbara.

We are a non profit private Montessori school located just north of Santa Barbara, California. We have been in existence since 1965 and are the largest and oldest Montessori school in the area.
