Oak Grove Montessori is searching for an assistant teacher for our Primary community, serving ages 3-6 years old. This position requires being on our campus from 7:30am to 3:30pm M-F and 2 monthly meetings for an additional (paid) 30-60 minutes. Occasionally (not nearly as frequently due to COVID), there may also be community events on campus after hours. We would love to add a long-term member to our small school; at minimum, we are looking for someone who can commit to the position through the end of this school year (in May).

Assistant teachers work alongside a trained Montessori Lead to facilitate an engaging environment for students.  Assistants must be able to safely and comfortably pick up 30 pounds. Assistants must be over 18, be able to pass a comprehensive background check, and complete requisite training hours.
