About Oak Hill Montessori Community School

Oak Hill Montessori Community School is public charter school in which each child is valued as unique and as an active agent in his or her educational process. Our programs foster independence, critical thinking, responsibility to self and others, and peaceful, appreciative stewardship of the earth.

For over 50 years, Oak Hill Montessori (previously as a private school) has been inspiring children to become passionate learners and independent thinkers. Our challenging academics foster creativity and responsibility as students are prepared for high school, college and beyond. In Fall 2021, Oak Hill Montessori will open as a public charter school to continue providing Montessori learning opportunities in a more accessible model.

Located just outside of St. Paul, MN, Oak Hill offers authentic Montessori education from the toddler years through Junior High. We feel the entire learning experience is enriched by opportunities to explore art and music, workout the body during recess and physical education, as well as expand world views through learning the Spanish language and environmental education.
