We are offering a one year Montessori Fellowship to serve as the primary educator for a small group (6-10) of 3 year old children in a newly established school.  This is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate to develop skills in a supportive environment with a smaller group of children.

The Montessori Fellow will prepare the environment, plan lessons, and give presentations.  An experienced Montessori Guide will serve as a part time assistant and be available to mentor and support the Fellow.

This is also a rare chance to experience the gradual growth of a new school.  We will begin with a cohort of 3 year olds this year and will add more children each year until we have a full mixed age cohort.

Who We Are

Sage Montessori is a preschool school serving children ages 3-6 on Cape Cod. Sage Montessori opened in 2021.  The school has started as a Family Child Care serving 6-10 children and will be expanding in the next few years to serve 20-24 children.

Your Role

The responsibilities of the Montessori Fellowship, will include, but are not limited to:

Preparing and maintaining the learning environment
Observing the children
Planning and presenting lessons to the children
Communicating with families
Collaborating with colleagues
Family Engagement & Support
Communicating with families (meetings, newsletters, family education events)


Montessori 3-6 credential required
